Do people tell you to love yourself first, but you’re not sure where to even begin?
Do you try, but somehow end up feeling stuck in the same place again?
This group is here so you can gently learn to listen to the different parts inside you, discover who you truly are, and start building a kinder relationship with yourself - and with others.
When you start taking care of yourself first (in a real, gentle way), it actually becomes so much easier to care for the people around you… in a way that feels right for you.
We're building the skills and emotional capacity to relate to our inner and outer worlds in a new, spacious, caring and loving way.
You’re overwhelmed by emotions you can’t hold. You’re fighting with different voices in your head, each pulling you somewhere else. You have an inner critic, or an army of those, leaving
you exhausted and feeling small, frustrated, hopeless, helpless?
And then there are the loops. You try to change. You feel hopeful. Two months later you’re in exactly the same place?
The missing ingredient isn’t more discipline. It’s relationship with your own inner world.
When you learn to speak to your system it responds to you. When you listen it shifts. Biologically, energetically, psychologically, you are creating change.
Your inner critics, your fears, your grief, the parts that keep pulling in a different direction, they're loud because nobody's listening. Give them space, give them attention, give them love and they calm down. They let their guard down. They trust you and let you run the show.
This is not a metaphor. It is a learnable, practical, utterly transformative skill.
We'll bring you simple tools and create space to practice them, with yourself and with others in the group. Gradually. In an intimate online setting. Ready to apply to your daily life the same week you learn them.
Imagine the freedom. The space. The lightness.
It's the skill of softly taking charge of your inner world, not through discipline, but through attention, listening, dialogue, and kindness.
The 60-second unblending practice. How to create space between you and what you're feeling - fast.
Not fight them, not suppress them. How to stay present with what's arising and find out what they need you to know.
What to do when something inside you takes over mid-conversation, mid-decision, mid-life. You will learn what to do at that moment. How to find yourself again without forcing anything to stop
Learning how to turn toward the parts that have been locked away or cause pain. Not forcing them open, but really meeting them so they begin to trust.
Holding space for multiple parts at once - in your work, your relationships, your daily life. How to stay present with all of them without being pulled apart.
As you learn to listen and respond to your inner world, you reclaim what was locked away - the gifts of your true self, your unique character, your full humanity. This is the beginning, not the end.

Every 80-minute session has a calm, predictable flow — so you always know what’s coming and can relax into it.
We start by gently arriving: settling our bodies and attention so we’re really here, ready for real work. Then we move into a guided experience tied to that week’s theme — something you feel and practice, not just think about.
In each session you’ll experience:
Consent and Permission required. Vulnerability slowly. Presence before intensity. Nobody is pushed before they're ready.
Between sessions, you’ll get easy, bite-sized relational practices to keep the thread alive and help the changes settle in.
I am an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and a Level 3 Internal Family Systems Therapist trained by Richard Schwartz.
For me, IFS is not just a model — it is a living language for relating to ourselves. Grounded in neurobiology and relational science, it offers a precise way to understand how we organize internally and how we heal.
When we truly listen to our parts and relate to them with respect, something shifts. We become more coherent, more resilient, and more able to repair when we get it wrong.
This work continues to shape how I live and relate — with greater integrity and compassion.
We are living in complex and often fractured times.
IFS offers a way of relating to ourselves and to others that strengthens steadiness, kindness, and connection. As we learn to hold multiple inner and outer experiences without collapsing or polarizing, we discover how intelligent and resourceful our systems truly are.
It is a lived experience of coherence and deeper intimacy — especially when relating feels most difficult.
I warmly invite you to join me in a small group dedicated to practicing this way of relating.
Over six weeks, we will explore together in a steady and supportive space. This is not about getting it right — it is about showing up, becoming curious, and strengthening your capacity to remain present with yourself.
If this resonates, I would be delighted to welcome you into the group.

You build the ability to stay in relationship with yourself - not just understand your parts from a distance, but actually be with them. You receive the tools to be who and how you want to be in the world.

You learn to recognise parts through lived experience and what you notice in your body. You don't need a vocabulary. You need your attention.

We work directly with how activation moves through your nervous system. Awareness itself is regulating. You will feel this, not just understand it.

It’s not enough to “send” compassion or gratitude — you practice checking whether it’s received.

We ask for permission and stay safe and steady. We check what actually lands, not just what we send.

You leave with practical tools for daily life and a calmer inner voice - long after these six weeks are over.
